Lodge Policies

Our policies are thoughtfully designed to ensure a seamless, comfortable stay at Rapids Lodge.

Check-In at 4:00 PM Check-Out by 11:00 AM

Rapids Lodge is a pet-free property; only service animals, as defined by applicable law, are permitted.

Maximum of 2 adults per suite. All suites are non-smoking.

At Rapids Lodge, each reservation is intentionally held for you. Due to the limited number of accommodations, our cancellation policy is structured to protect availability for all guests.

31 days or more prior to arrival — Full refund minus $150 processing fee 15–30 days prior to arrival — 50% refund 0–14 days prior to arrival — No refund. Full charge. No-show — Full charge. No exceptions.

Peak Season (Summer, Christmas & New Year’s Eve): Full refund minus $150 processing fee if cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival. 15–44 days prior: 50% refund. Under 14 days: non-refundable.

We recommend guests consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes to their plans.
