Lodge Room 5: "Trail's End". Mountain/Western style decoration. Second floor in historic building, one room with queen size bed, sitting area, bathroom, coffee maker. Decorated in antiques. No elevator.

Lodge Room 6: "Treehouse Suite" Entire third floor of historic building (no elevator). Can be rented with one or two bedrooms. South room has a queen bed with bathroom (tub/shower), the north room has a double bed and a twin size bed with bathroom (shower). In between the bedrooms is a large living area with one twin bed, fireplace, dining room table, kitchenette (no oven/burners). One window faces the river from the dining nook. Decorated in antiques.

Lone Pine Cabin: PET FRIENDLY.  Not facing river. Rustic, log-sided historic cabin. Bedroom with Queen Bed, living room with gas fireplace, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Sleeps up to 2 people.

Fox Glenn Cottage : PET FRIENDLY.  Located ½ mile from the main Rapids Lodge. Full kitchen and bath, cable TV, pillow-top queen bed in the bedroom and 2 rollaway beds. No phone. Grill outside. Sleeps up to 4 people.
Rate: $155.00. 2 night minimum. $10.00 per day per pet

Aspen Grove Cottage: Located ½ mile from the main Rapids Lodge. PET FRIENDLY . Full kitchen and bath, cable TV, pillow-top queen bed and sitting area. Jotul gas fireplace. No phone. Grill outside.
Rate: $135.00. 2 night minimum. $10.00 PER DAY PER PET

RAPIDS SUITES:

Rapids Suite 1: Ground floor. Spacious unit that offers one bedroom with queen bed and twin size bed, bathroom, full kitchen and living room with double futon. Decorated with an eclectic mix of modern and antiques. Not on river. Roll-a-ways available. Sleeps 5.

Rapids Suite 2: Ground floor. Spacious unit that offers one bedroom with queen bed and twin bunk beds, bathroom, full kitchen and living room with
double futon. Décor similar to Suite 1. Not on river. Sleeps 6.

Rapids Suite 3: Ground floor. Handicapped accessible unit. Spacious unit that offers one bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with handicapped accessible shower, full kitchen and living room with double futon. No private deck but a communal walkway from which to view the river. Can be made to adjoin with 1A. Sleeps 4.

Rapids Condo 4A: 2nd floor. One room with queen bed, queen sleeper-sofa and bathroom. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Does not face the river. Can be made to adjoin with 4B. Sleeps 4.

Rapids Condo 4B: Riverside of building on 2nd and 3rd floors. River View 2: Condo building offering best views of river. On 2nd and 3rd floors. Lower level has one bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom, living room with gas fireplace and queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen and your own deck overlooking the Tonahutu Creek.

Upstairs is an open loft with one queen bed and one queen futon and a bathroom. Sleeps 8.
Rate: One night- $215.00 Multi night- $185.00 excluding tax.

River View 8: Condo building offering best views of river. On 2nd and 3rd floors. Lower level has one bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom, living room with gas fireplace and double sleeper sofa, full kitchen and your own small deck overlooking the Tonahutu Creek. Upstairs is an open loft with two queen beds and bathroom. Smaller deck than #2. Sleeps 8.
Rate: One night- $215.00 Multi night- $185.00 excluding tax.

2 night minimum on Memorial Day Weekend, all weekends mid-June through end of September and Christmas. 3 night minimum over 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend and New Year's Eve.

No elevators on property. All rooms are non-smoking.
No pets anywhere on property except in Pet Friendly Cabins and Cottages.
Daily maid service is only offered in the Lodge Guest Rooms and "Max & T's" Rooms.

We ask for the frist night's stay as a non-refundable deposit.
No refund for early check-out.
